Cancellation Deduction Slabs
Deduction is calculated on basic fare. Reservation fee, transaction charges, and GST/taxes are non-refundable.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Components
- Reservation Charges: Fixed seat reservation fee is non-refundable.
- Payment Gateway Charges: Convenience fees charged by bank gateways.
- Service Taxes / GST: Government tax applied at booking time.
🔄 How Online Refund Works
- Log in to your e-booking account on the official Haryana Transport portal.
- Select the booked ticket under 'My Bookings' and click 'Cancel Ticket'.
- Refund amount is credited back to the original bank account / UPI within 5–7 working days.
Facing Issues with Ticket Refund?
If your refund has not been credited after ticket cancellation, contact the Haryana Transport Control Room or Grievance Officer.
